Would nil star if google would let me. Takes about a year for these incompetent morons to process anything and then they claim they haven’t electronically received prescriptions. The service categorically has always been mediocre at the best of times and it’s amazing this business is still running. The old system they could about manage by even then make mistakes yet nobody seems to be accountable and they still keep their job even in cases of incorrect tablets so called being checked. The new system electronic wise is no better. If you drop anything in prescription wise expect a wait even if you collect later on or even days later. My advice would be go elsewhere till someone in the family business can get a grip on running our local pharmacy properly.
